How many Microsoft Programmers does it take to screw in a light bulb?

This was a funny joke I've found on the signature of a member called Amalux - not only was the reply funny but the next comment made by Jaclaz only proved with solid arguments that this joke was in fact confirmed on Microsoft Knowledge base and we finish up knowing by Peter (PSC) how far these arguments travel in historically terms going back to the good old MSDOS era.
