28th of April - newsletter from the land of boot disks

One important detail about Boot Land is that we take good pride on the community effort to learn and share knowledge freely across the web and everyone is welcome to visit to and place any questions wether they are "advanced" or "newbie" - they're both important to us.

But what happens if have very tough question about boot disks?

Place it on the community forums and we'll see how it can be done or not. There's also the probability that someone else already asked the same type of questions in the past and some of the answers that your're looking for we're already provided.

One quick tip for finding past discussions with google:

On the search box of Google type "site:boot-land.net" followed by the search term that you want to find.

For example, if you want to find a given script to add java support to your VistaPE you can use the search text "site:boot-land.net Java vistape" which will return the following result:

In conclusion..

This has been a very week rich in discussions about boot disks and boot loaders, there are many different options available across the web but few are either completely freeware or properly documented with user friendly documentation to understand how they work. If you would like to learn how any given multibooting method works just visit the forums and place all those questions that you might have. Nobody knows everything but the learning process is usually fun.

Thank you again for reading our flipside newsletter from the land of boot disks,
hope you have a great week!
